From lathes and milling machines up to machining centers with lathing and milling together, from palletized milling machine up to 5 axis milling centers, we can satisfy various industries including mechanical, electromechanical, glass and naval sectors.

We work in this field for over twenty years.

The molds machining ranges from ordinary maintenance to extraordinary operations, such as full metallization of the mold , special engraving and mirror polishing.

We are present in the electromechanical/energy sector with aluminium casting and accessories supply and machining, with all the processing steps such as machining, leakage test, painting and finishing.

We produce particulars for electrical substations, such as silver plated and welded conductors.

From transmission power system to special component, we can provide any type of support in the mechanical field. Together with our partners we are able to produce chrome parts such as logos, writings and special elements.

We perform leakage tests with an automated molecular machine, with helium spectrometer and vacuum pumps (up to 10-2 mbar), with test certificate if requested.

We also carry out certified rupture/bursting tests up to 150 bar.

We are equipped with a fully automated cleaning and painting plant with 33 aerial stations.

A computerized mixing plant with membrane pumps allows us to guarantee and certify the catalysis.

The coordinates measure machine Dea Hexagon Metrology, SIT/Accredia certified, allows us to control the product during all the machining process and to perform measurement and calibration on client request, releasing the certificates if requested.
